Accessibility statement.

What we have done, what we target, and what to do if something on this site does not work for you.

The standard we target

This website is built to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We treat accessibility as a build requirement rather than an audit at the end, and the same standard applies to the work we deliver for clients.

What that means in practice

  • Every page uses semantic HTML with one h1 and a logical heading order beneath it.
  • All functionality is reachable with a keyboard, and focus is always visible. A “skip to content” link is the first thing you reach on each page.
  • Text and interface colours are tested against their backgrounds. Body text exceeds the 4.5:1 minimum by a wide margin on both our light and dark sections.
  • Colour is never the only way information is conveyed — state is also carried by text, shape or position.
  • Motion is subtle by default and disabled entirely when your system requests reduced motion. Nothing important depends on an animation completing.
  • Form fields have persistent visible labels, errors are announced, and every error message says what to do rather than only what went wrong.
  • Pinch-zoom is not blocked, and layouts reflow without horizontal scrolling down to 320px.

Known limitations

Article and case-study images are drawn from our content library, and some older uploads do not yet have descriptive alternative text. Where none is present we fall back to a description derived from the item’s title. We are working through the library to replace these with properly written descriptions.
