We are a digital engineering studio in Addis Ababa, working across 6 disciplines since 2013. If you want your work to outlast your involvement in it, we should talk.
What working here is actually like.
You will be handed the whole problem
We ask clients to bring the problem rather than a specification, and the same applies internally. Working out what actually needs building is the part most people skip, and it is the part you will be involved in.
Design and engineering sit together
The people designing the interface are the people building it. There is no handover between a studio and a dev shop, which means fewer meetings and far less translation.
Everything is built to be handed over
We give clients one hundred per cent of the code, the IP, the assets and the accounts. That commitment points at us: you cannot write anything another team could not pick up and run without you.
Local work, international standards
We build for Ethiopian payment, connectivity and procurement realities, to the standards international partners expect. Geography should never dictate quality.

We have no named vacancies open at the moment.

Internships
We take a small number of interns across the disciplines we actually practise. You work on real projects with the people who build them, not on a side exercise invented to keep you busy.
